Return policy

  1. Returns:

    • We accept returns within 20 days of delivery of the product.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

    • Provide order information, product details, and reason for return.
    • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the shipping address.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and review the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.

  4. Defective or damaged items:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
    • We may request photographic or other evidence to assess the problem before authorizing the return.

  5. Changes:

    • Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. We recommend making a return and making a new purchase.
